Its the first single release of the year from Solarstone and a track which featured on a few of his compilation release last year now backed up by a Gai Barone remix and an extended original mix..

Here’s to another year of very fine trance from an artist who has stayed pure to the genre over the past two decades. While many of his fellow old school trance chums head off to make house friends Solarstone is very much still a trance man. That’s good news for the genre because we would not have such good music like this coming out. His new single is one which featured on his third ‘Electronic Architecture’ compilation album and it was on the virtual flip side of his ‘Slowmotion III’ release. For the single expedition he has brought together a full extended version and enlisted the very talented Gai Barone to deliver his progressive take on the original. There is also a Sean Tyas mix which pumps things up a bit but that was not on the promo release but will be on the full single release on the 2nd February.

:: Extended Mix
:: Gai Barone Remix

I do remember this one from Solarstone past compilation mix. It’s a good job he’s brought new life to things with an extended mix that takes you on a very vibrant trance journey. There are so many nice elements to this track. It’s a mixture of epic builds, driving melodies and electric main melody that gets your attention. If you don’t mind things building up and like your trance edging on progressing to uplifting then you will love this, especially as the Italian Gai Barone has come up trumps with a delicate progressive mix for the more laid back trance fan. I would even suggest it’s a little like the Orkidea style with the sounds featured in here. The Sean Tyas remix is as banging as you would expect and is already out now as a Beatport exclusive ahead of the full single release.

Conclusion:
This is another top draw release from Solarstone who continues to indulge the pure trance fans audio palette with some truly stunning music. The progressive minded will love Gai Barone’s mix.
