A real banger of a track from C.M.R. from Switzerland based label Phoenix Recordings, the home other banging labels like Joyride and Doof Doof. DJ Choose provides the remix with this one.

Chris Kidd, Matt Kidd and Rob Stevenson are the trio behind C.M.R. for those of you who dont know. There style is very much on the harder tech side of Trance with previous releases on Joy Ride Recordings, the home of Dave Joy! Expect some banging action to be had with this one with a super remix from the ever speaker friendly DJ Choose.

:: DJ Choose Remix

The Original Mix is a driving piece of euphoric trance with a solid meaty beat and deep bassline from the start. The opening riff on the build up to the main break sets up the track nicely. A short influx of that breaks without the beat then the beat and bass riff feed back in. The main break in the track fades out the riff and introduces the melody with atmospheric strings building the feeling and changing tone. It's an excellent riff in there with it and when the beat kicks back in the track gathers a quick break then drum build before its all go and the main melody steams in. It's very much along the lines of DJ Choose's style without the harder edge on it.

That takes us very nicely into the DJ Choose Remix and you can see why he remixed this one, it suits his style down to the ground. The beat is deeper and the main lead riff is in the typical hard groove DJ Choose is most well known for. The track is banging from start to finish. The lead on the track is a synth driven short stabby string which leads the track into the main break with a short soft break beat and building driving riff. The main bassline riff feeds in slowly and then explodes back into the track with the beat. This is classic banging DJ Choose beats this mix and offers a tougher mix to the original mix which is more on the uplifting side.

Conclusion:
This is a very good release for what is a fairly new artist on the scene. The original has been having big support from some very well know DJ's and with good reason. DJ Choose offers a tougher banging record for those who like it a little big more meaty.
