© Bllank & JonesSpread across a double CD and four Vinyls Blank & Jones revisit the original DAT recordings of their most epic singles and deliver them in all their extended glory…

The early period for Blank & Jones were the best for me with the pounding Trance beats delivering such euphoria and energy. I would say the 1999 to the early 2000’s were peak Blank & Jones for me before they wondered into the chill and 80’s music. Those early albums were full of classic records like ‘Beyond Time’ ‘The Nightfly’ ‘Cream’ and ‘DJ’s Fans & Freaks’. While they don’t really drop out that style of music anymore, which is a shame I must say, they do like to dig them up from time to time.

This time they have dug up the originals DAT recordings of 16 of their original works from the early albums and fully remastered them. The tracks that made the cut are all in there extended mixes, no radio edits to be found here. You have a choice of a two CD compilation or a four LP release; both feature the same tracks and the very same remastered extended trance goodness.

The only downside to this is the releases is only available from German online record shop JPC so you might just have to pay a little more postage if your outside the border. With the quality of offer here I don’t think that will put off the hardcore Blank & Jones fan. This is one for the archives and one to be played as it has some of mine and I’m sure yours favourite music on.
