EVA-DIVA' Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Radio DJ, P.R,Hostess, DJ Bookings, Model, Dancer & Owner of Diva Music Agency,was born with Greek-Cypriot roots. During her childhood she would stand beside her talented father At the tender age of six, sustaining notes.. Musician & Head leader of Byzantini music ..Following in her fathers footsteps! her best friend was the radio and her huge record-collection. At this time she started to sing along to the tracks in her records and to the music that was played at various UK-radio-stations. In her teenage-days she decided to become a serious singer and professional performer

Her voice was often described like a silky, pop -timbre with a good amount of bold strength. Her music styles vary from Vocal-House upbeat tracks to classy and sexy R&B grooves. Eva stands for the contemporary new generation of girls with attitude; self confidence, style, sexiness and always high on emotion!

It's been over a year since we caught up with Eva Diva so we managed to catch a word with her as she looks foeward to a very exciting 2011.

i:Vibes: Eva thanks for taking some time to talk to i:Vibes. How have you been? You have been very busy since the last time we spoke. What have you been doing the last 12 months?

Eva Diva: Has it been that long already? Gees:)..Well I’ve very busy all summer with promotions and live performances and making music…and ok, and partying.

i:Vibes: The last time we spoke, you were very excited about working with the famous rock star Tommy Lee of Motley Crew. Have you guys done anything yet? Or is still in the books?

Eva Diva: Yeah I and Tommy had plans to work together but we are so very busy and live very far away, but are in frequent contact always. Plans have not changed at all. I’m sure the right time will come :)

i:Vibes: We hear your looking into making a 3D video for your track 'Wicked One' with music video director Arsham, tell us more about him how did you guys meet?'

Eva Diva: Yeah and I’m very excited to be doing my first music video in 3D too :):) who wouldn't be! Arsham found me here on the island..So I can't give too much away. You just have to wait and see really!!

I am very blessed to have met him. Some of my closest friends will be in my 3d music video, this was a dream and now it's becoming reality, we have a 5 star hotel sponsoring us...Its all seems unreal We will have a great time filming it I’m sure :) its going to be crazy! Can’t say more about the content it’s a surprise

i:Vibes: You are a singer and like to perform. You are also a song writer. How has your sound in all these categories developed in the last 12 months?

Eva Diva: Well I’m still trying to pin point where I will say, ok this is what direction I am going to stay in, I haven’t yet. I love to experiment and to song write. Developing day by day and creating.

i:Vibes: What was your favorite gig in the last year?

Eva Diva: I loved all of them :) I never have a favorite one...not yet anyway.

i:Vibes: You are currently working with producer Bon Finix. What has it been like working with him?

Eva Diva: Yeah I am and we have a great tune coming out, Progressive House. Working with Bon is great as he’s an old friend. It never took long to write the track and record it.

i:Vibes: Who is your favourite new artist in 2010 and why?

Eva Diva: It would have to be Babilonia – ‘Born Again’ Love the track everything about it. Danced my ass off the whole summer and still do :) It makes me want to dance want to fly…it’s just the one!!

i:Vibes: Were you surprised that Armin van Buuren was voted #1 DJ for the DJ Mag Top 100 for a 4th consecutive year and David Guetta didn’t win it?

Eva Diva: I love both artists very much…so I will leave it like that!

i:Vibes: How has Kylie Mingoue influenced you as a singer? What do you like the most about her as a singer?

Eva Diva: Kylie was an influence to me from 9 years old. I loved all her tracks with Jason Donovan lol! She is just very unique I like her now more than before though.

i:Vibes: You worked with Jam el Mar of Jam & Spoon. What famous vocal track would you like him to help remix with your voice in a 2010 version if you could?

Eva Diva: Yes I worked with Jam and we made wonderful music and I always respect him for that. I’m not sure, he’s in another world than mine at the moment, I hope he’s ok. Who knows maybe one day he will re mix again.

i:Vibes: You have become a very well known figure in Cyprus now. How has the change affected you, if it has?

Eva Diva: To be honest I had always been popular on the Island. I’m glad I could show my talents to some people here People can be filled with envy sometimes and have a lot to say being a small island and I’m very different. I guess being a known singer now has kind of put me in my place, to why I’m so extreme and some people don’t have to be so shocked :) If that makes sense.

i:Vibes: In what country would you like to perform in where you never have been before?

Eva Diva: I would love to perform in America.

i:Vibes: What is your favourite Cyprus dish?

Eva Diva: Oh that’s very difficult. It would have to be chicken kebab:) yummy!!

i:Vibes: What are in your pockets now?

Eva Diva: Haha ...well cant say.

i:Vibes: What CD is in your player now?

Eva Diva: Its cafe del mar, love it.

i:Vibes: If you could take three things to a deserted island what would you take?

Eva Diva: I would take my Satellite Phone, Water, and the love of my life?

i:Vibes: What is a common Christmas tradition for Eva Diva?

Eva Diva: With my family always :)
