Ibiza gave her a home, the world gave her a stage, but few artists carry the island’s essence quite as fully as B Jones.
Over the last decade, the Spaniard has built a career around channelling the White Isle’s energy to audiences far beyond its shores.
Those roots have taken her to some of the biggest festivals in the world, where she became the first Spanish artist to perform on Tomorrowland’s mainstage, whilst holding simultaneous residencies at Ushuaïa and Hï. In the studio, she’s shaped tracks such as ‘Girlfriend’ w/Kryder, ‘Left to Right’ alongside Alok, and ‘Beautiful’ (in tandem Steve Aoki), each carrying her signature touch from Ibiza to the wider world.
Now though Bea’s taking the solo spotlight for the first time, with her astonishing, from-the-heart rework of icon Tim Buckley’s legendary ‘Song To The Siren’.
Described by Robert Plant as “the most beautiful song ever written”, Bea brilliantly translated Buckley generation-transcending ‘happy sad’ classic into something every floor can embrace. Its full-blooded production commands a full-throated rendition of its vocal, which is precisely what B Jones has supplied its production. Stormy drums and halcyon harmonic drift open the track up, before its instantly recognisable, carry-you-away chorus seals its deal.
A chef’s kiss of a sonic to see the summer out, B Jones’s ‘Song To The Siren’ is available now through all good streaming and sales channels!
