Solarstone's first in a proposed string of compilation albums is something a lot of people have been looking forward to recently. Well, it's hit the shelves so now it's time to see if it can live up to the hype...

As you can see, both CDs are packed full of sizzling tracks: Tiesto - The Loves We Lost, Jose Amnesia Vs. Serp - Second Day, Jonas Steur - Castamara and Way Out West - Killa are some of the focal points of CD1 whilst CD2 shows off Ronski Speed - 2day, Summer Sessions - Blossom, Haylon - Starfighter and Menno de Jong - Tundra. On top of the great line up of tracks, the album also boasts exclusive 'Destinations' remixes of selected tracks. It doesn't stop there either. The whole album has been mixed and manipulated 'Ableton Style' into a totally harmonic and beautifully flowing trance soundscape. You can feel the effort gone into re-editing the tracks and binding them together with others. You may have heard some of these monsters before, but not like this - it freshens the entire experience, envigorates the tracks and re-creates genuine interest into the music again and again. Quite simply put, this is one of the best, if not THE best, trance albums to come along in a very, VERY long time.

Conclusion:
You cannot be without owning this masterpiece. This is a totally stunning album which is filled with awesome tracks and is mixed together with a quality and brilliance that is rarely seen.
