The latest interview from Muzikxpress takes the time to sit down with electronic dance legend Chicane to discuss the creation of one of his most iconic records 'Offshore' as well his latest artist album released a few months ago…
If you’re a dance music lover and I can assume if your reading this then you are, I would suggest you hit the subscribe button on Muzikxpress as their YouTube outlet brings another dance legend’s thoughts forward. This weeks new video has the story one Chicane’s greatest ever records ‘Offshore’, which was released way back in the 1990’s.
How this epic track was created in a time where hardware produced the records not software and what was the inspiration behind the record. The man behind Chicane is British born Nick Bracegirdle who delivers his thoughts not only on that but also on his current music projects and forthcoming new releases. He has just released a new artist album ‘The Place You Can’t Remember, The Place You Can’t Forget’, which was crated together over what has been a very tough two years for Nick on a personal level.
It’s a really in depth interview and as ever delves into the present, past and future of a real icon within the dance music scene. If you ever wanted to know more about Chicane, watch this and hear it from the man himself.
