It's been a very long time coming but for the first release of 2018 VANDIT welcome the German trance legend Talla 2XLC to the kabel with his new tune ‘The Time Is Now’...

He is the master in chief of the world renowned Technoclub which has hosted trance parties for well over two decades and has just notched up its 53rd mix compilation. Talla 2XLC is a trance icon and is as passionate about the genre today as he was when it all first started. He has seen the many evolutions that trance has gone through over the past 20 years and been part of its history, present and you can be sure its future. One fact that may surprise you is he has never had a single release on Paul van Dyk’s VANDIT label. Surprise you it may but if you know Talla’s history it might not as he has been running record labels of his own during his entire musical career so why release on another label?

:: Original Mix

It comes down to one thing for me and that’s the music. Paul van Dyk has really bite his teeth back into trance and is pushing out the best music on VANDIT the label has ever done so why not invite a fellow German legend along for a single release to add to their immense back catalogue. No remixes, no edits just one solo record from Talla himself for his debut on VANDIT suitably called ‘The Time Is Now’. It’s Uplifting, full of punch and as up tempo as they come is what will greet you with Talla’s new tune. No vocals to be found in here but just pure production and very good production to. It’s a simple but very neat little riff and melody to be had with this record. I like it, I’m sure you will to.

Conclusion:
It's about time these two names were joined together with VANDIT finally having a Talla 2XLC name to one of their front covers. ‘The Time Is Now’ is a very solid trance Affair with a delightful bit of uplift and as you would expect with something approved by Paul van Dyk, a banging beat from start to finish.
