Finally after about 5 weeks i can get on with my job again, first we moved business premises, then the legally required year end stock take , then everything in the world going wrong at once syndrome, it has been a funny few weeks for Redemption.

I am very pleased with our summer line up of tunes, Barry Distons Fidget label is just better and better. We are upgrading the store websites so that we can feature different catalogues on each site. It means a return to the days when redemption.co.uk only had underground dance on it, i feel the impact of the site is a little diluted. We are gearing up all the areas of the business again after the move, some brilliant figures from Japan this week, Retox "Retox" came in with the biggest figures for Japanese export i have seen in a while. This year i expect alot more of what happened last year, in 12 months we have increased our turnover nearly 300% taking in new accounts across the globe from Holland to New zealand and back again. I hope for the same to continue and i hope Electronik Music our new-ish techno distribution company follows Redemption through its rapid growth expansion. I think trying to keep away from selling anything that is crap and just stocking and restocking the edge of worldwide dancemusic has finally hit home with people, we are getting calls every week from new customers.
