Each and every Sunday the mighty Fergie drops out his weekly Sunday Sessions with a journey through his Vinyl collection digging out some dance gems from years gone by…
Ever since Dave Pearce stopped his Sunday Radio 1 show I’ve been looking for a suitable replacement for that end of the week pick me up. After many years I think I’ve found one in the hands of Fergie. He used to have his very own Radio 1 show back in the glory days of Dance on the BBC with a show every week over the weekend. He has a DJ career that goes back to the 1990’s and has a very wide range of banging dance music styles.
From rave, hardcore, hard house, trance, techno the spread of Beats Fergie has to offer is a wide one. As you can imagine, over the years he’s collected a fair share of music and that it what takes inspiration for his weekly Sunday sessions broadcast which he pumps out over YouTube each and every Sunday from 8pm GMT.
Please accept my apologies for the timing of this article as its past show time this week. But, there is a full archive of his shows on his Soundcloud and you have fair warning to clear the diary for next weeks dig out of classic bangers from Fergie’s personal vinyl collection.
