 There is no sign of any slowing down for dance legends Underworld as they will be back on tour this year once more. To get you in the mood enjoy this live track from an event last year…
The Underworld duo of Rick Smith and Karl Hyde has been a staple diet of the dance scene since the 1990’s. If you have never heard of them I don’t think you even like dance music! They have over the past few years been releasing free downloads from some of their live performances featuring certain tracks. Just looking back through ones I’ve collected they released a special live recordings of ‘Rez’,’Two Months Off’ and ‘Cowgirl’.
They really are legendary songs and it was with great excitement from their latest newsletter communication they have another live piece of greatness to share with you for free. The track in question is one from a decade or so ago called 8 Ball and this free download is from a live show they did in Tokyo last year. I think this track was featured on an old film called ‘The Beach’ and never made it as a full single release.
Keep an eye on those this year as they do have a habit of releasing special edition Vinyl releases which when there gone, they are gone. In the meantime, enjoy this one.
