© Ferry CorstenThe internationally acclaimed DJ/producer Ferry Corsten and successful Dutch promoter UDC (Dance Valley) introduce their Full On concept at the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) this year...

Full On transcends the club event stigma; it shows the successful partnership between various genres such as trance, house and electro through the exciting back-to-back DJ sets, live artists, entertainment and ground breaking high tech 3D visuals, united into a one of a kind experience. Full On will be officially launched in the Dutch capital’s newest event location associated with the ADE, Undercurrent, in the presence of music industry professionals, fans and media.

Full On is the next level of the Full On Ferry concept that was launched together with UDC at Ahoy Rotterdam in 2007. After triumphant editions at Ahoy and other locations all over the world, the tried and tested concept will now officially be continued as Full On - Hosted by Ferry Corsten. With the ADE event Flashback at Paradiso (2010) and the sold out Ferry Corsten & Sander van Doorn ADE Special at Escape (2011) on Corsten’s resume, it is Undercurrent that got elected for the introduction of Full On. The remarkable premises located in the north of Amsterdam is a true eye catcher, floating on the river IJ, next to the creative NDSM grounds with an impressive view on the centre of Amsterdam.

Full On had its unofficial debut in New York as an after party of Electric Zoo at the Roseland Ballroom on August 31st 2012; followed by a Full On tour through Australia in September and with planned editions for Helsinki and Prague later on this year. The ADE 2012 edition however will enter the books as the official world launch. In cooperation with event organiser UDC, Corsten’s management and a choice of designers, Ferry Corsten created a carefully tailored show for which the word “concert” would be more appropriate.

I will do my absolute utmost to make sure that the audience will be entertained. These last months I have been working hard do deliver the most high-impact show possible, one that will give the people the feeling they get the most bang for their buck, one that will surpass all their expectations”, according to Ferry Corsten.

We are excited to work with Ferry again to branch out the concept of Full On. The success of the Full On Ferry tent at Dance Valley this year is a confirmation that we are looking forward to a bright future together in the Netherlands for this”, says Brian Bout from UDC.

Divided over two rooms, the Full On host will program a mouth-watering line up. The main room will be the domain where Corsten will play an all-night back-to-back set with his fellow DJs -a vision originally conceived on the first edition of Full On Ferry- and in the Side Room the main part will be claimed by trance virtuoso Solarstone and his Pure Trance concept. The artist roster in both Undercurrent rooms is nothing short of impressive: grandmasters Aly & Fila, veteran John 00 Fleming, the huge Showtek who recently collaborated with Hardwell and Tiësto, big talents like Bassjackers, Sied van Riel, Daniel Kandi and the Finnish boy wonder Orkidea, with the live performances of the terrific Chicane and Italian trance don Giuseppe Ottaviani as the apotheosis.
