 It's not as if Armada don't have enough talented artists on their books already but they have another one to add to the pool in the form of UK producer Matt Darey who has put pen to paper with Armada music...
The mighty Armada have added another of the world's greatest dance artists to their ever expanding stable with the signing of Matt Darey who put pen to paper over the weekend. Matt as an artist is one who has been around for well over a decade and whose music any trance follower will be more than aware off. After the recent acquisitions of VANDIT and Perfecto it seems Armada are not recruiting the top artists with Matt Darey I'm sure not the last to sign with the ever growing label of Armin van Buuren. Work on a new artist album is well underway and a new single is planned for the beginning of 2012. The official announcement is right below.
It’s official, the ink is dry: we welcome Matt Darey, who has signed to Armada Music! We’ve got his debut artist album set for release in early 2012, with the first single being the stunning ‘Hold Your Breath’. A video for the single was shot in Hong Kong and will be revealed in January 2012. With years of experience and some of the biggest jewels of dance music coming from his studio, it’s hard to believe that this will be Matt’s debut album, but we can’t wait to share it with you guys!
Matt Darey and his entire team are looking forward to this new alliance and all the new adventures that will go along with it. Matt will be touring extensively to promote the album, so keep an eye on his tour dates to catch him in your town!
