Production wizard (and label owner) DJ Salah has teamed up with vocalist Inusa Dawuda to bring you Now Or Never, a radio- and club-friendly track that is full of warmth and passion.
Inusa Dawuda’s vocal talents are internationally recognised. He is well known within the scene for a vibrant and animated personality that makes his live performances and his contributions to records like this one, incredibly compelling. Also known as ‘The Black Pharaoh’, his powerfully masculine vocals shine royally on Now Or Never.
Laying the foundations on which Dawuda can stand and sing is DJ Salah. Working at the cutting edge of the global house scene, his passion for funk and Latin-infused beats allows him to weave styles together effortlessly. A talented hitmaker pure and simple, it’s hard to believe he’s now in his 10th year of producing records and is something of a scene veteran.
Not that this means Salah is resting on his laurels. Now Or Never sounds incredibly fresh as Salah continues to push the boundaries of what it means to create immensely listenable dance music. Pulling together complex rhythms and beats, the track bounces along nicely underneath Dawuda’s emotive voice.
The release is a bumper pack that includes club and radio edits as well as Ron Carroll’s Electricity Mix. This remix crackles and spits with a thumping bassline and a high-energy pace that has ‘club banger’ written all over it.
