© CreamIt's time to sit back and take a breather with Cream as they deliver a brand new three disc compilation full of the most chilled out music by the worlds biggest names in dance and chill out...

Let’s face it; we all need to have a breather now and again. In terms of the world of electronic dance music and its ever pounding beats if you want to relax you've always got the chill out style of music. I remember a time where chill out compilations exploded like Trance did back in 1999. They were everywhere! Maybe that’s at the time, if you were like me, you thought these were just an expended breakdown with the beats missing and pointless. Cream had their fair share of those chill out compilations a few years ago but their latest down tempo gathering looks a lot more promising.

They have drafted together a real diverse range of musical names for this three disc compilation, not strictly keeping to your well know dance tracks. They have over 60 records with some legendary tracks compiled upon it. Here we have a mixture of dance, indie pop and rock but all with a much laid back tempo to it. Just have a look at the track list for yourself and you will undoubtedly find a few of your all time favourite records from years gone by. I usually slate chill out compilations to high heaven but I don’t think I will this one.

Beautifully packaged, with 60 meticulously selected chill-out cuts from some of the best chill-out artists of a generation, with Aeroplane, Chilly Gonzales, Zero 7, Electribe 101, Vangelis, Leftfield, Groove Armada, Nightmares On Wax, alongside some of the biggest names in dance, Orbital, Tensnake, Lindstrom, Underworld, Alan Braxe & Fred Falke, Fatboy Slim, Moby, William Orbit, and Goldie.

In true Cream style Cream Chilled Electronic distinguishes itself from the crowd, setting a new standard of quality in the musical chill-out field, combining lustrous beats and luxurious harmonies with specialist/hard to find chill-out mixes from major artists, including The Doors, Ian Brown, The XX, Empire Of The Sun, Massive Attack, Primal Scream, MGMT, and New Order.

“The 3CD album also features some of the most rarely compiled classics from Air, The Orb, DJ Shadow, Happy Mondays, Massive Attack, and the ultra sought-after Frankie Knuckles mix of Rufus & Chaka Khan's 'Ain't Nobody'.”.

Cream Chilled draws on an eclectic group of legendary names that span dance, indie, pop and rock to suit all discerning palettes. A truly diverse mixture of modern, electronic & laidback sets that look sure to become a compilation classic.
