Global Underground have been a long standing dance music ambassador for well over ten years and released some of the most important compilations the scene has ever seen. It is ever evolving with the fast pace Electronic Dance music keeps moving in with the adaptation of new styles and new DJ's coming through. It still knows how to go back to the grass roots and each year they release a double mix compilation full of the records that you may well be hearing throughout the next year. The past few compilations have been full of house, electro and techno gems from a wide range of established and new artists. You can always count on a very special four disc edition to go alongside the usual two disc mixed edition.

The compilation is all about the underground records and the 2010 edition will feature records from Sasha, Eric Prydz, Way Out West, Fred Falke, Example, ATFC, James Talk, Samuel L Sessions, D Ramirez, Moby, Joris Voorn, Slam, Dirty Vegas and Juan Mclean. The main focus is on the house but there is a good spread of styles amongst this double mix with a slice of tech, drip of minimal and splash of electro. This really is an essential compilation and another class series release on the label.
