 After releasing his own tunes on the ID&T label for the past few years, Marco decided to start up his own label to release his tracks on. There's an accompanying launch party as well, so read on for more information!
With classics like 'Simulated', 'Indicator' and 'G.O.D.D.', Marco definitely made himself one of the most respectable techy jocks out there. Innovating with every track, he sold tens of thousands of vinyl copies worldwide. Most of his releases were brought out on ID&T Records, which has recently been separated from ID&T and is called Be Yourself Music now.
With ID&T Music becoming BYM, Marco decided to start his very own label in conjunction with BYM's main man Dick de Groot. The label's name will be 'In Charge'. Quoting Marco himself:
"My main motive is that I've always wanted to have my own label, but just didn't have the time for it. The cooperation with Dick is a good solution."
Concerning releases on the label, the first one will of course be Marco's own 'More Than A Life Away', which will be released on the 16th of May. Next to the original, the vinyl will contain a remix by DJ Preach as well. More mixes of this track will be released later on, including an Extended Album Version.
Though the first few releases will all be produced by Marco and his mate Benjamin Bates to ensure a steady start for the label, other upcoming vinyls will include tracks by different artists as well.

THE FIRST OPEN-AIR-IN-CHARGE WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE OPEN AIR THEATER IN THE FORREST OF CASTLE HEESWIJK ON JUNE 3RD 2005. NORMALLY THIS STAGE IS FILLED WITH BANDS LIKE KANE, ANOUK AND WITHIN TEMPTATION BUT NOW IT'S TIME FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
