Jurgen Vries feat. CMC or Alphaland

The first version of 'Brave New World' I heard was by Alphaland and the vocalist was also not Charlotte Church. The track beneath the vocals was exactly the same and I'm not thinking that the producer was anyone other than Darren Tate. I've always wondered who the original vocalist was and why the 'Alphaland' guise? Was that for promotional purposes to test out the tune before officially releasing it and before having to pay Charlotte Church the big dollars?

The original and the single are the same track apart from the additional vocals by the lovely Miss Church!

I can't found out who this was because the track was only released as a special track in Japan. The only way for sure is to check in the CD sleave of Velfarre Cyber Trance 05(How's your japanese? Surprised

)or ask Darren Tate.(Weird that Darren makes no reference to him being Alphaland on his own Webbie at all!! Guess the memory comes and goes when you make that sort of doe! hehe)

I thought the original was actually done with a male vocal? If I recall, Judge Jules had it

I wouldn't know Andy sorry. I've never heard this version. I only know it existed.

I bet it sounded strange with a male vocal. But with that Said, I know the Jurgen Vries version was producted by Darren Tate, but the original vocal version was by Rohan Heath and Danny Kirsch(of Lange's Drifting away and Riva's Who do you love now fame). So maybe it was Rohan Heath.....???? Undecided
