Hust wanted to see what everyone elses 2md favorite type of music is. If I HAD to pick one it would be Classical/Orchestrated... Ya ya laugh it up.

well since this is a site dedicated to Electronica, I had though Electronica would be the favorite around here but you brought up a good point. Maybe most people here DONT classify Electronica as their favorite. If Electronica isnt your favorite then say what your favorite is and then state your 2nd fav.
If it IS, then just state the 2nd favorite.

Watch all the shit I get for this --

Hip-Hop is the genre that will always be closest to my heart. Trance is 2nd nearest & dearest to me, but I've only been into trance for a few years, whereas I started listening to "real hip-hop" in 92. So I've still got a hell of a lot to learn about trance. I'm getting there...

And shit you shall get. To me some Rap and Hip Hop is good but most of the time it just seems like boasting and complaining and crime and when its like that, I dont consider it music.

...and you've never heard good hip hop. I can pretty much assure you of that. I'm a big fan of acts like Jurassic 5, People Under the Stairs, Atmospherics, Akrobatik, Talib Kweli etc, but hip hops not really my scene. I can definitely appreciate it and the talents that are required of a quality MC.

Most of the people that see our site are trance elitists and all they listen to trance. We know that by the thread views and the articles views. I've added everything that I can and the site is not where I want it to be in terms of everything but I'll add any music style that falls under electronic music. I used to claim to be a tranceaddict completely but my tastes have widened and I listen to most genres under the sun. I'm a big U2 fan, so I guess rock adds into my listening habits + classical. My only advice is don't pigeon hole yourself.
