I've downloaded a song and as artist it says "DJ Shog (Cosmic Gate vs Green Court)", is this true?

I know almost nothing about those artists but...

I'm guessing that "Dj Shog" made a bootleg of Cosmic Gate and Green Court's songs (ie: remixed them together without permission from their label).
