I used dj psychotrance when i first signed up on december last year, but your automated service did not send me an e-mail, so my account under dj psychotrance could not be activated.

i run a phpbb board myself just go to admin section, user admin, select user dj psychotrance, then delete this user, i will resign as dj psychotrance, then you can delete TOBY C.
OR
delete dj psychotrance, then change TOBY C to DJ PSYCHOTRANCE

Ok, i've deleted the old DJ PSYCHOTRANCE and changed your TOBY C account into DJ PSYCHOTRANCE.
