I downloaded the demo and its alright, but does anybody here use it generally, if so could you please try and post a tune made on it or something?
Is it possible to make ferry corsten style music on frootyloops?
Thanks

i am currently working with FRutiy Loops 3 along with sonar xl to make a track.
Fruity Loops isnt mind blowing. after all its only $100.
But if you know how to use it and know it fully, its pretty powerful.
If a beginner used Sound Forge 5.0 along with a good midi keyboard and made a track it wouldnt be all that great.
But if a pro. used fruity loops. the track would be very nice
get the analogy?

I have it,
But I use reason instead. Its wonderfull!
Anyway the main reason why I dont use it regularly is because i find the user interface quite annoying... But I do use it for its VST support
Its still a cool program And definitly value for money...

Because i'm only 16, I can't really afford a really good program like reason or even fruity loops:(
But i do use Mtv Music generator 2 for the Playstation2 and it's quite good.....And no I don't use any copyrighted riffs, I generate my own and they are quite good...My tunes are good quality but I want something stronger, like fruity loops. I've downloaded the demo and i'm gonna mess around with it untill I get the hang of it...and then I might consider (Trying) to buy it
I'll try to upload some tunes I made on Music gen2....I've showed my tunes to my mates and they think that they are quite proffesional-sounding, Well I listen to thousands of trance tracks a week and i get a lot of inspiration from many artists.
I think i have the talent to make a really good tune...Does anybody use Magix?
Also can you add vocals to fruity loops, like accapellla's (On mp3 or something?)
Anyway c u

Thank u MR Trouser enthusiasts.
Yup just Fruity.
I used to make music with Music2000 on PSX too...
Made some pretty good tracks in it acctally... The sounds quality is so bad on the PSX but u can make good shit with it.
Music 2000 is good cuz it takes like an halvanhour to make a track with it.
I just love it.....
I think Iīm gonna go make some thing init now.......
Ta taaaaaaaaaaaaa.

I had the Techno Ejay where all the samples sucked so I used the Generator to make all my songs, but most of it sucked, I just downloaded a demo of fruityloops and it looks fun and really addictive, for a beginner like me, its just another fun toy in a load of stuff I don't understand

I've got Techno ejay too and it totally sucks! the generator is a good feature but it always comes out horrible! I'm using Dance Ejay3 and its not bad at all. I might download this fruity loop and try it.

Guys,
Programs like Ejay and Music2000 on playstation or any of that stuff is all useless. Its not making music at all its using someone elses samples to put together an arrangement of loops. Not innovative at all. The worst thing is that people think that they make songs When in actual fact the dont... they just re-arrange other peoples work!!
So if you want to make music stay away from Ejay and Music2000 or that MTV Music Generator and stuff! Go for the real programs and use VSTi
Heres some examples of good programs to make music:
Steinberg - Cubase VSTi http://www.steinberg.de
Propellerheads - Reason http://www.propellerheads.se
Fruityloops http://www.fruityloops.com
There are so many more but these are some of he best. The best thing to get into is the all in one music package like reason as its pretty easy to learn if you spend enough time at it...
Just dont make a song in Ejay and programs liek that and call it "Your Song"! Is NOT your song!!

See you, guys.

I also produce music using fruityloops, although I produce more of a hard trance. Feel free to check it out. It still needs a lot of EQ work done on it, but that will come within a month or so after I get back to my computer at school which has a better sound card and processor.
The song is called "Punctured Palms" and can be found here:

most vst softsynths r crap
u have to add shit loads of effects and it's still sound only average
but for reason the synths r much better
not quite user-friendly in general
so i only use fruitloops, plasma, home studio...for the samples and sequence
by the way i luv the pic...got any more hot club chicks?

Maybe you haven't found the right vsti's. The V-Station, which has its own effects within it, is one of the best vsti's I've heard. One of the things that make vsti's sound crappy compared to there hardware is that most va's have onboard effects. Reverb, delay, chorus, flanger, etc make synths sound 100% better.

I started with Music, then Music 2000 and some of the Ejay software. I now use FL Studio with a couple of other audio apps and VSTs. FL does have its flaws but if you know how to use it then you can get professional results.
