How do i get a copyright so that anyone who copies my song gets their asses sued and whoever uses it, i get compensated?

I'm not sure, but people told me that it is very simple and strange acctually.

All you have to do, is burn it on CD or record on tape or whatever, and mail it to yourself, and don't open the mail till you go to the judge. Cool

Im sure that if a similar track was made then I dont think there is a lot you can do about it, if its released on a bootleg or white with no source back the the producer its a bit tricky.

If they blatenly rip a sample from your track then Im sure they need permission from the original artist of the track.
