I know he's not new but Joy Kitikonti comes to mind cause Joyenergizer was perhaps on of the best tracks of the year for crowd reaction

shane 54 (remix of cosmicman - i love you, is my song of the year)
lange ( i love drifting away, beautiful :; and his work with dumonde)
riva ( remix of rapture is perfect! )
firewall - ( reflections is a very nice song if not popular)
airfire - (this guy is a SUPERB producer, and deserves more attention)
neo cortex - (prepare, and all the mix's of it are just superb).

ayumi hamasaki and all the remix's of her songs are great also.

also,Dj Pure is a superb producer and one of the greatest Swiss trance dj's

I dunno about you guys but "Above and Beyond" aka "Ocean Lab" and "Free State" have been nothing short of brilliant. Their remixes have been outstanding from Delerium - Underwater to Madonna - What it feels like for a girl.
