What kind of breaks? Nu-Skool? Old-Skool? Progressive? Florida?

One of my favorite CDs in the genre regardless is Nu-Horizons vol. 1 mixed by Merlyn. Might be a little hard to find, but it's definately worth the buy.

Also look into Hybrids stuff, a lot of good things coming from them.

please try not to mention florida breaks in my presence.

Anyway best of the Breaks....depends on what you like

Album Wise

Head for Hybrid's Wider Angle (wide angle and live angle together)
WoW's albums
Blim
Plump DJ's
Unkle's Never Never Land (not completely breaks....but worthwhile)
Free*land - Now and Them (not completely breaks either...but worthwhile)

Compilation

Adam Freeland's Tectonics is probably the best of them.....tho I do warn that when he did it, it was when the BIG BASS of nu-skool was around
Rennie Pilgrem released a few on TCR (check the label profile of TCR on i:Vibes)...
Plump DJ's did one or two (and find their mixmag compilation from april 2001)
The y3k,y4k series on distinctive breaks is worthwhile.
Hybrid's additional production and remix by album is worth it
GU023 - Lavelle in Barcelona
look out for gu026 - lavelle in romania

Find out which type of breaks you like first then comeback and ask me about it because they are many different types of breaks. Also the breaks compilations wears on you after a while....you can only take so much of it..unless you a hardcore breaksaddict....which i'm not....only originally a way to balance out trance and not get tired.

Haha, sorry about that...just trying to open the door for the guy.
Just adding to out friendly I:vibes crew post, the Y4K CD by ILS is probably the best one they released, imo. All of his suggestions are top-knotch, especially Lavelle and Freeland. Great list there Andy, I made my first post in a bit of a rush, so I didn't have too much time to think.
