Help!!Need information on a song I heard on the radio

Hello. Hopefully someone here will be able to assist me with finding information on a song that I heard on the radio a couple of times. I heard this song on 103.1 The Party Station(in los angeles) I really like this song and would like to buy a cd with that song on it but I have no idea what the song is called or who the artist is. I thought it sounded kinda like Alice Deejay but I looked for songs by her and can't find the one I am looking for so maybe it's not her.(sure does kinda sound like it though) I do remember some of the lyrics though.
lyrics:

Racked me brains to try and thick of a tune with those lyrics featired in but nothings come up. No idea what tune it is.

ROC Project - Never (Past Tense)
It's probably on some ultimate Trance Party compliation or another. It's also on Tiesto's Nyana but probably not the version you heard on the station.
