on your computer.. does anyone have a b:/ ??
cos u have
a:/ --> floppy disk
c:/ --> hard disk
d:/ --> DVD drive
e:/ --> DVD writer
and then i also have f:/, g:/, h:/ and i:/ for memory cards and stuff...
so where the fuck is B:/ ??????????????

There's a technical term for why that is, but I can't remember
All to do with drive letter assignment.

in the jurassic age of computers, it was common back then to have more than 1 floppy drive or at least they could have more than just one floppy drive. that being the 5 1/2inch drives. B: was reserved for a secondary floppy drive.
and C: has always been reserved for the internal harddrive.

Yeah, I still have some of those big old floppy disks with games on them... had good times with them back in the day...
