Is it also illegal to distribute tracks if they are recorded off the radio? And also, is it illegal to distribute music videos recorded off TV?

i dont see why videos are illegal.. cos in most cases.. you cant actually buy the videos.. and also alot of artists have videos of their songs on their web site... Laughing

With all those laws and things in the future it might even be illegal to listen to your own purchase, a bit extreme that is though.

I would have thought artists dont like giving the vids away because its just as giving the tune away but with summit to watch.

Im not sure about the legalities of all of it but at one point i heard recordings of livesets was tolerated to a certain extent as for videos im not quite sure.

I think once you slosh through all the crap you come up with.
It is illegalto do any sort of distribution of anything, whether you bought it or not! heh That's probs not true but that's what it feels like.
I thought livesets weren't, cause of all the stupid license crap? shrug I dunno.

You can distribute it, but not sell. It's like recording an episode of a TV show and letting a friend watch it after you.
