Post subject: Best VSTi Synths |
|
|
I use Fruity Loops, errr recently got it, but need to find some good synths. I downloaded Pro53 and wasn't too fond of it....how it looked...and its layout. The FM7 is pretty nice...and it's what i'm currently playing around with. Does anyone know where you can get the Albino VSTi err something really decent?

I would think the pro-53 is easier to work then the fm7. Keep playing with the Pro-53, once you figure it out u will fall in love with it. Also it edepends on what kind of music you wanna make. The synthsw that I use over and over are:
Pro-53
V-Station
Vaz 2010

Its not really about what they use, because you can come up with tht exact same sound with a different synth and effects.
But to answer your question. In interviews I've read.
Software:
-Pro-52/Pro-53
-Absynth
-Reaktor
-Reason
-FM7

if u have reason ive been there and done that and ive made all the trance sounds u would need... if u buy reason i could send u over a few patches for the synths and all u have to do is load them in and u got instant trance sounds like the pro's

BUT!
If you want my sounds I have to see a reciept for reason
I wont give anything to anyone who doesnt buy it, its one of the few programs i really respect and I want to see as much further development as possible so the more money propellerheads get then the better reason gets as I see it

The real pros use real hardware...not plugins. You can argue that if you like, I can still here the difference in a one to one though. No offense, just my opinion. I personally started 100% on the software side, after a bad experience with an Alesis Quadrasynth a good 10 years ago (no one had told me how much commercial synths of the early 90's blew.) After 5 or so years of using mostly software, I slowly converted a piece of gear here, then there, now it's all hardware, and it sounds soooo much warmer and fluid.

i prefer:
PRO-53
FM7
Junglist
VAZ2010
V-STATION
SUPERWAVEP8
ALBINO
for piano: Steinberg The Grand
you can make the synths sound proffesional. It's just the way how you use FX on it.
