Please Help Identify This Song

I've been trying to figure out this song for almost 2 months, and it's driving me crazy, I really hope someone can let me know the Artist and Title.

The following is a clip, about 2 minutes long, I had it on tape, and I recorded it on the PC. It's poor quality, but if you know the song, you should hopefully recognize it.

PLEASE HELP!!

i know the song mate but i cannot remember the name..its on the first annual mixed by pete tong and gay george i think...this is going to piss me off all day now!! il post again if i can get the name of it,

Isn't this some remix of an 'Everything But The Girl' song? I've heard this track so many times, but I can't recall the accuall name of it...

I suggest u check out the 'MK Dub Revisited Remix.' It's much better.

A classic tune.

One question remains with it tho, just what the fuck does that bloke shout all the way through it, can;t tell what the vocal is.

"There lives are again, there lives are prunas?" or something like that.
