haha, i guess i'm trying to see if it's intrinsically programmed within us to forget about what's hip and dress with pants up to our chests while sporting that "mr rogers" vest; does the same apply with music such as trance?

I thin I willstill be listening to tranfce. I think thought that the younger generation will come up with something new and the style of trance we listen to will be considered old or classic.

well i think i will still listen to it, like every generation prefers the music from when they were growing up, we will be like it also

can you imagine a resthome with trance, and all the elderly are shaking their booty and dancing to it while the people taking care of you can't stand the music?

hehehe

There's a DJ says his whole family is into parties and stuff. haha My grandkids would probably avoid me at all costs! Hopefully not, grin. Still, trance is too god to grow out of.

haha I will be one of all "raving" old men out there,

But the sad thing is that the music we like now, is getting old and will be really old when the "next" generation comes, and we will all be laughed out =( and we will like say "what happend to the sweet 1900" and "Det var bättre förr"

nah, look at the eighties music, it was cheeze yet so cool and people still listen to it now! i think that trance is here to stay, obviously what sounds good now will seem a little outdated in the future, but the foundation behind the music which makes it unique will always remain. look at rock and roll and how it has evolved, i think the same will apply to trance.

I'm not sure about the "evolved" part, the only thing I see evolved from eighties rock to now is no mullets.
