Post Post subject: Trance with real instruments Reply with quote

I was wondering if anybody else liked trance that sounds like traditional instruments were used in it - for example, Hi-Gate - Saxuality or Rank 1 - Symphsonic. I really like this kind of music, especially those ones that sound like a symphony (like the Rank 1 tune).
Any suggestions?

Hi-Gate - Saxuality is one of my favourite tunes, the breakdown using the sax give the track some real emotion and feeling.

I'm quite fond of piano samples in tracks, especially classic house tunes like Congress - 40 Miles (One I recommend checking out).

As for trance, that Hi-Gate tune is the only one that pops into me head.

A progressive house or trance tune with the piano or guitar in it always sounds great. ATB and E.F.F. Very Happy

Nu-NRG - Bonsai has a bunch of flute, or at least sounds like it. The song is *beep* unreal. If you can't...hmmm..."find" it, I can always help you get it. Wink It's from the Nu-NRG Live @ Orgasmatron set (my favorite), it's the first song.

Hi-Gate - Saxuality is awesome too.

Plenty of songs have electric guitar in them.
