Hel ID a song please

I was out at Burning Man and heard a song several times. It is a (partial?) cover of a Smiths song (There is a light that never goes out), lines like "Driving in your car, I never want to go home" "Take me out tonight". The voice has a kind of distortion I've never heard before, but it was really entrancing. Some guy told me it's by Royksopp, but I couldn't find any reference to the Smiths when I searched under their name.
