PvD Motorola Commercial

I was watchin MTV the other day and they put the Paul van Dyk Motorola Commercial on ....I was very surprised that it made it to the US since Paul isn't Mainstream here.....But I don't think it is gonna give Paul van Dyk any more fame then he already has. because in the Commercial It doesn't say his name or anything. If i wasn't into PvD or didn't know anything about him I wouldn't know that he was an INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTAR DJ. It might be a good thing for Trance fans to see a big name Dj (besides that Skribbles guy) on TV. What are your opinions on this matter???...I am just hoping Paul van Dyk doesn't become TOO Mainstream here in the US. Hopefully his music doesn't become cheese with his fame. Very Happy

so now we can say paul makes commercial music...i hate that description.... the truth is everyone famous did it once upon the time in one way or the other.... and if they didnt nobody knows about them there is 1000s of those djs that are actually really good and know how to make great music but will never be famous and a lot of u wont even hear about them,,,, another thing is in many countires there is many different commercials so just b/c u didnt see it, it doesnt mean its not there... just a thought

In all fairness, from what i've seen of it, its a pretty shit commercial.

It's really short, just 30 seconds or so... I've only seen it online, but I laughed when I saw it... Connected sounds awesome though!

I saw it the other day too when I had a couple of friends over... none of them recognized the music, though, which didn't surprise me since no one knows who PvD is in Minnesota... heh. I was all like "I know that song! I know that song!" They all seemed to think it was like exclusive music for the commercial. Tsk Tsk.

I remember one time I was watching TV with some of my family and a commerical came on with Fatboy Slim - Right Here, Right Now and I was quite excited that some electronic music made it on TV. Heh. Nobody cared but me.
