The vaguest song ID that you havnt much chance of guessing..

Right, late 80`s early 90`s is when this tune was around, I can remember how the tune goes but I cant convey this in here, the only identifying feature is a sampled voice that says the word "Techno" in a faint sort way every so often throughout the tune.

The tune is a trancy type of tune not too disimilar to the style of The KLF.


I know this is sod all to go on but I would be very greatful if anyone could succesfully ID this tune for me as its been going around in my head for the past 13 or so years
