Clubs in North Belgium/South Netherlands

Do any of our Dutch/Belgian contributors have any recommendations for DJs to look out for, clubs to watch etc in and around Limburg? I hear there's one in Hasselt that's supposed to be quite good.

Went to Starfish in Aachen last night, and it was... a bit of a mix. Some good muzak at times, in between the unpleasant interludes of tracks that would be more suited to the closing track of a children's disco at a holiday resort. Also the lights were too bright (and the fx were a bit on the unimaginative side, especially considering that they must have had in excess of €100,000 of lighting gear).

Might have to try Nightlife in Maastricht some time. Anyone have experience of this? I know Tiesto played there a few weeks ago. This is, of course, a Good Thing.

Aaah yes, that'll be a trip to Lier or Hasselt in a few weeks time then! You know anything closer to Lanaken?

I suppose if you want quality clubbing you've got to travel when you live out in the sticks like I do...
