Does anyone know some good, professional HH producers? Most of them seem to make their tracks using tracker programs.

As an ex- Happy Hardcore fan I can recomend some traxx from Scott Brown, Charley Lawnoise and Menthal Theo, Paul Elstak and some of the oooold Scooter traxx like Friends...

Definitely check out Scot Brown. His newer stuff sounds very trancy ("turn up the music"). Hixxy, UFO, www.nextgenerationrecords.co.uk (I think this is the correct url) has info as well as www.anabolic-frolic.com
