Get a Virus b, they rule! But the CS2x isn't as hot as a triton is it, not really a fair comparison. The virus will beat the triton on amazing new unique + phat sounds in my book, but the cs2x won't really add much to it. I have a CS6x + Virus b and am pleased though. (Plus a Nova.)

How about a Virus kb, plus a yamaha TG300/TG500, that'll do almost all the sounds you're looking for in the CS?x series. Second hand, 200 quid?

But don't get anything without trying them all and making the decision for yourself! Spend 50 quid or whatever on travelling to stores if u must - it'll save you being fed up in the long term.
