Help required identifying tune.

Does anyone know the artist and name of a tune which includes a male vocal sample saying "Acelerator" before going on to say something like "chicks on speed". It is a progressive type affair similar in style to Godd by Marco V. It is not Acelerando by Ramirez before anyone suggests that.
