Good morning all... was surfing around when I found this site where people seem to have rather a lot of questions about Mr Darey, so I thought I'd lend a hand answering some of them...

Matt isn't a DJ by profession, he took it up as a hobby and has played mainly abroad (although he has done a couple of gigs in the UK). He'll be playing in Japan at the beginning of May! He's not intending on DJing full-time, as producing is his thing!
He is thinking about making an album, but is at the moment locked in his studio, producing some new material... some of which he is writing with Marcella (not sure where the Tiesto thing came into it, but Marcella isn't seeing anyone atm).
Here are some of his aliases: Lost Tribe, MDM, Eyeball Paul, Tekara, Li Kwan, Red Skin, DSP, Xtasia, Dolf, M3, Lean Up, Melt and more!

I have a (sort of!) Matt Darey question:

Was the original Tall Paul version of Escrima - Deeper ever released in any shape or form?

I've got the Hooj 2x12" promo, the FFRR 12" and CD and they only have Matt's Remix and Edit, the Nush mixes and the Chaka Boom Bang Dub.

I know there is an original version 'cos I heard Paul play it at Angels in Burnley in 1995 (I think).
