Need help finding a song title, please help me

Hello, I need some help finding a song title. I heard it on the radio while driving, but the signal kept fading in and out. I could tell it was probably techno from the loud background music. The singer was female. I could make out only two lyrics. One was "i was cut" and the other was "feeling so". The "feeling so" lyric had another word after it that i'm not completely sure about, but i think the word was "low". At the end of the song the word "cut" was the last thing said. Any assistance will be appreciated. If you think you know the song, a link to the song, or maybe more lyrics to the song, please reply to this post. Thank you very much for your help.

Very hard to say - the lyrics could probably fit into some Milk Inc. song, but I wouldn't call that techno though...

Thanks for the advice. I'm not completely sure that it was techno. I haven't heard much techno music, so I can't really identify it very well by ear. Please, anyone out there, keep looking and posting. You're help is very much appreciated.
