Hello all!

I'm new here and this is my very first post.

This latest track is a collaboration between Nightshiver (Me, Australia) and Kjell Øyvind Eide (Norway).

It is melodic trance with a summer sound, chilly melodies and a driving beat.

Well produced, professional sounding. Especially like the added melody that comes in 3 minutes through. Really alters the style and I think makes it more interesting. At first it sounded like a morning trance track, such as Sonorous - Protonic or Midtone - Pearl but that really changed it.
Really nice job!

@ Viceroy: Good that you like. "Sonorous - Protonic" i wish it sounded like this, i've only heard the ronski speed remix of this one and it's awesome! i haven't heard "Midtone - Pearl" however.

I reali like this. At the start i was a bit unsure with the fx and percussion but i reali got into it when the synths kicked in. Im not that fussed on the kick, i think a bassier kick with more body would be better. The percussion arrangement is quite strange but it seems to work. I think if you rewrote the percussion it would add so much to the track. I can see the chicane resemblences. The pads and synths are very good. The melodies are well written and flow well. Im not sure about the synth dound around the 3.45 mark. I think it takes away from the professionalism of the tune. I think if you kept going with the chicane style melody you would be onto a great thing. Perhaps you could use the pads to more effect in the main break then filter in a nice melody?? The actual notation is perfect, my only query is with the synth sound.

Very impresed on the whole..keep it up!!

Kjell and I have made a polished up version of Amber Sun. Unfortunately I took the link down as the song is currently undergoing label consideration. I wasn't really planing to try sign it, but why say no to a label offer?

I will let everyone know when the new version of the song is available as soon as the label/s are ready.

been playing this tune out ever since i got it off here a while back and it is a guarentted ripper of a tune, really really good, hope it gets a good release as it deserves to

been supporting it on myr aido show as well as at all the club nights i play
