We all know theres some great remixers around in the chillout scene right now, Michael Woods, Solarstone, Chicane, Thrillseekers and many more come to mind.... but what does everyone think on it, and who's your favourite chilled artist....

well.. some chillout is sweet, well i mean any - but in moderation. As an intro or an outro, it is a great build up into the first record. Hemstock & Jennings - Mirage of Hope - the chilled mix - goes great before the original.

Yet... a hole cd of chilled shite is a real head fuck !! they say things like: 'a true zen like experience' etc etc etc - and they a right !! total mind fuck !!

I like this stuff, its a nice change from the really hard trance or progressive or even uplifting after a while. I got a chicane liveset from MOS radio and its really good stuff, I got one or two cd's as well, a euphoria and 2 gatecrashers with chilled cds on....

my fave tracks are
Humate - love stimulation (michael woods mix)
rank 1 - airwave (sunset mix)
solarstone - seven cities (michael woods)
Roger Sanchez - Another chance (sunset mix) - i know this aint trance really but the bass etc makes it really good so I call it chilled Very Happy

I think that chilled tunes are ace!
even mos and gatecrasher know that so they put chillout cd in every
pack.
there's nothing more perfect then a chillout tune after a great party
or in the night before the sleep!
chicane is good and skydive is the best tune ever!
i also like the rework of such is life!
chillout tunes rulez!!!!

I don't mind chilled Trance at all, it relaxes you. The current chill out on Gatecrasher Experience is really good.

Top tunes:

Orion - See Me Here (Skopes vocal mix)
Rank 1 - Airwave (Sunset dub)
Rank 1 - Such is life feat. shanokee (Sunday afternoon mix)
and loads more...

I recon theres a lot of good chilled tunes out there, but too much of a good thing can become irretating.

It seems that every major record label in the country has jumped on the Chilled-Out-Bandwagon cause there a hundreds of these compliations out now!!!

I own 1 of these, (Chilled Euphoric Breakdown Volume 1) it was one of the first of its kind and its still sounds fresh.

I recomend it if your gonna buy one, but its over a year old now so it might be hard to find. Very Happy Smile Cool
