Dutchman Ardie van Beek, or Funkerman as he’s now known around the world, will be taking control of the matter main room for the first of his 3 exclusive London dates with Kinky Malinki. Funkerman who is head honcho at Flamingo Recordings with his partner in crime Fedde Le Grand is set for even bigger things in 2010, touring, single releases, albums and a return to Ibiza’s Pacha nightclub for his weekly residency. MYNC brand name is the creation of CR2 label boss Mark Brown. MYNC have been rocking dancefloors for the last 10 years. As well as the 4 deck 2 mixer combo traditionally used in MYNC’s trademark sets, the House music collective have incorporated an extra dimension to their performances utilizing 2 laptops and 2 Traktor Audio 8 boxes creating a live element to their shows, twisting pre recorded sounds, samples and acapellas, into the mix.
