Theres a Svenson & Gielen remix of the legacy floating around AG but I'm not so keen on it for once, I love most S & G stuff but the original one of this does it best for me

your only saying that cause it did well in the charts (number 22 in the UK, i think). its better than universal nation! strange world is too! the Ferry Corsten mix of universal nation is good but i dont rate the original Exclamation

hmmm its weird that it came in the UK charts.
Here in Belgium such traxx never enter the commercial charts even it is produced here.

To answer Above&Beyond
Arrow
Its maybe better (quality) than universal nation, but I think many ppl will never forget the anthem
Its in all trancelovers hearts and will never leave your body until you die (nice poetic words isn't it Smile)
Thats why more ppl love universal nation. They had unforgettable moment with universal nation (well I did). The difference between now and then is that universal nation was produced in 1999 and legacy in 2001.
2001 was a year with LOADS of productions.
When universal nation came out in 1999 it was ready to take over the world what it did. It was played over and over again until it was griffed in your memory.
Thats why ppl like it more.
I also think that the legacy is qualitatively better then universal nation but it will never beat universal nation. It became an anthem over the years

just like
rank1 - airwave
gouryella - gouryella
Sasha - xpander
.........

cyaa guys

Warning: the following statement could be shocking (if u worship Universal Nation).

Ive never had a 'moment' with universal nation, it came out around the same time as i got into the trance scene, so it was on a lot of the albums i bought up (ministry of sound/gatecrasher type stuff). i never took much notice of it because in my opinion its boring. i think the legacy & strange world are 2000% better, its like a completely different guy produced them! maybe he thinks the same as me & has pulled his socks up a bit! no, i'll rephrase that: A HELL OF A LOT!!!!

I've never really liked the Original version of Universal Nation that much, preffered the Ferry Corsten remix.

I had another listen to some of my old tunes from 98/99 last night. Im sorry, but i still cant see the big deal with Universal Nation, but thats probley because ive never been to club or event (with that track playing) and had a 'moment' or 'feeling' with it!!! theres probley many tunes i love which others find dull/boring. its all a matter of taste i guess!!

some of the top tracks which give me that euphoric feeling are:
Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar
Gouryella - Gouryella
Rank 1 - Airwave
Agnelli & Nelson - El Nino

Alice Dj - Better Off Alone: even though this tune made Number 2 here in the UK, even though many of our big commercial stations played this tune for months, its still a classic, it still gives me the shivers! if a tune can be sooo commercial and sooo 'pop' but still get the trance community going then it has to be special!!

but saying all that, the Dumonde mix does it for me best!
and i loved the Rozzala bootleg! Very Happy
