Post subject: The 4th Annual Trance Awards - Voting Closes November 15th! |
|
|
Now in its fourth year, the Trance Awards powered by Trackitdown.net is now firmly recognised as the global barometer in trance music trends. The sheer amount of votes this year has superseded that of the previous three and we can tell you now – it’s a close run thing!
Voting is soon to draw to a close so if you’re a trance music fan and want to make yourself heard then now is the time. There are twelve categories in which to have your say and every vote counts. With trance acts once again dominating the coveted DJ Mag Top 100 powered by Trackitdown.net, this showcase and celebration of this global dance culture is set to solidify the claim that this genre is the biggest on the planet.
All eyes are now on the Trance Awards event and ceremony and with lots of surprises in store it’s no wonder that on Friday 21st November, all roads lead to the world famous Ministry of Sound nightclub in London.
Two thousand trance fans are expected from all over the UK and beyond to show their passion and where more appropriate than what has been the world’s most influential weekly event? The Gallery lays claim to have broken more trance acts than anyone else in the UK over nearly fifteen years of support for quality dance music.
Previous awards have been held at other trance institutions such as Slinky, Passion and Gods Kitchen and now it’s the turn of the biggest event in the world’s club capital to open the golden envelope and let celebration commence!
Headlining the event will be long-term Trance Awards supporter and personality Judge Jules. For the last two years he has helped host and present the ceremony alongside other key players and this year he will be joined by two scene institutions; Thrillseekers and Lange who need no introduction to fans old or new.
New breed producer/ DJ’s Sied Van Riel and Claudia Cazacu will be supporting these three heavyweights in the main room alongside two of The Gallery’s hottest residents while over three other rooms will be a stunning array of house, electro and minimal artists including the legendary Tall Pall with Deepgroove and Marc Vedo in support.
The UK’s leading dance download store, Trackitdown.net has once again revamped the Trance Awards website to create a fresh vibe in another storming year for the scene. Alongside the voting, the team have enlisted leading key figures from the worlds of production, performance and promotion to tell visitors their ‘Trance HiStory’ – how they caught the bug and what the music means to them. This will feature together with their charts showing the world what anthems made an impact over the last twelve months and other resource driven content.
Vote closes on Saturday 15th November so if you haven’t already – make yourself heard!
