It’s a dream set for every DJ – there are established DJs who would give their right arm to play at the legendary We Love… Sundays closing party in Ibiza.

But this dream could become reality for one lucky DJ! We Love… have a desire to search out and support new talent in dance music and are launching their We Love… Fresh Blood initiative. Each month a winner will be selected and featured on the We Love… DJ Mixes page and promoted by the We Love… team. Then We Love… fans worldwide will choose from the monthly victors to name an overall winner, who will get the coveted set at the closing party, and the ongoing support of We Love…!

We Love… all kinds of quality dance music, from blissed-out Balearic to balls-out breaks and everything in between, so if you reckon you can pull off a fresh and exciting mix, and fancy playing at the We Love… Sundays closing party, click the banner below to check the entry details and to submit your mix! The Fresh Blood competition is now closed for entries! The monthly winners have been chosen, and what a fine and varied bunch they are too. There is Andy Hoskins’ disco & deep house, Osmo’s breaks & fidget, Collins 303’s hip-hop & electro, Paddy Freeform’s laidback funk, DJ Lunik’s progressive tech and Mark Murphy’s jacking & minimal grooves. Any of these DJs would be worthy of gracing the hallowed decks at Space, Ibiza for the legendary We Love… closing party.

However, it is up to you to decide who will receive that coveted set! As an added bonus voters will be entered into a draw to win a We Love… acid house T-shirt and a copy of the WLS08 CD signed by the DJs, Paul Woolford and Alfredo. Hearty congratulations go to Dublin’s Mark Murphy. The final monthly We Love… Fresh Blood winner turned out to be the overall winner, his unique blending of jacking beats and minimal grooves winning over the voting public. He’ll be rocking the immense We Love… closing party at Space, Ibiza on September 28th with the likes of Steve Lawler, Jeff Mills, James Zabiela and Paul Woolford.
