Pratap & Tech Art Records organise an internet remix contest!

Pratap & Tech Art Records organise an online remix contest on the Techno Nation website to discover unknown talent. The contest starts on August 6th and ends September 5th, 2007. There are record deals on Tech Art Records as first prizes. A special prize is a chance to release an orginal track on Tech Art Records, also three remixes will be selected for a special release of "MARAKA EP - REMIXES" on Tech Art Records.

The artists can remix the unreleased track "Pratap - Maraka". The samples as well as the original track can be downloaded on www.techno-nation.net.

The Swedish techno producer Pratap came in contact with techno music in the middle of the 90s. After been working on a couple of tracks togheter with his friend Hardcell he started to produce his own music. His first 12”, in cooperation with Lumor, was released on Sway Rec in 2003. Since then releases have been made on Mankind, HZ-trax and Spilo Records among others. At present date one of the TOP live acts in Europe.

Pratap and Tech Art Records invite everybody who is capable to produce a killer dance floor track to join the contest. Pratap is looking forward to pick out the best remix from this contest. The participation is for free. It's a chance for unknown artists to get in touch with record labels and successful producers. And, of course, it's fun.
