re:bunch of lyrics but no song! any ideas!

okie my problem is first this guy sent me a bunch of songs...said he didn't remember the artist cause the video he made that used the song was made a long time ago...said he has too many techno/progressive/elctronica on his comp to go searching..so this is what i got out of the lyrics

and then she says sumthing else and as she's saying it ..it gets progressively faster so i can't really understand her...and then the lyrics repeat.....if anyone has any idea on what the name of this song is...or the dj that sings it that would be of great help!
