NEWBIE HERE! PLEASE HELP ME NAME THIS SONG!!

First off let me say hello to everyone! I am here because I need some help. I used to listent to this song ALL the time and now I cant think of the name of it or even who sings it. I am completely blank. After about a week of trying to think of this, it is driving me nuts! I cant find it on the net anywhere. If someone could PLEASE help I would SOOOOO greatly apreciate it!
The beginning of the song has a piano playing and a rain storm in the backround...... Then it says: staring out a lonely window, desperate as you walk away, judging by the tears on my pillow, there's something that I wanna say............ I WANT YOU, I NEED YOU, I WANT YOU, ONLY IF YOU WANT ME TO! i WANT YOU, I NEED YOU.........
And then a little bit more into the song, its something like:
BEFORE YOU LEAVE ME BEHIND!

LOL do i sound like a total idiot here?? I just need help, so if anyone can help me, again I would greatly apreciate it! Thanks so much everyone!

Sounds like it would be some mix of Marcy Faith - You (I Want You), a highly commercial hit track from late 2003/early 2004. Without a sample provided i can't be 100% sure tho.
